    1. Set your location access to “Always” in the settings of your phone. 

    2. Set our Notifications to “Allow”

      1. You should receive notifications when you are within a 1-10 mile radius from a site (varies by story)

  2. My app is not allowing me to listen to or download stories.

    1. Delete the app, reinstall from the App Store, and the stories should start streaming again.

  3. What can I do if I am traveling through areas with no wifi or cellular service?

    1. If you’d like to listen to a story while passing through a “dead zone”, be sure to download the stories you want to listen to, using cellular data or wifi, before your trip.

  4. How can I stop stories from autoplaying, one after another?

    1. You can adjust this by zooming in closer on the map. The app will only auto-play stories that are visible in the map.

  5. I subscribed on one of my devices, but I cannot get access on the rest of my devices. What should I do?

    1. If you log in on your other devices with the same email address and password you set up on your initial device, you should have full access to your subscription.

  6. Is HearHere offered internationally?

    1. The HearHere app is available to download globally, but only currently supports the English language with a focus on stories located in the United States.
